What is Tai Chi?

This Tai Chi class is designed for beginners who want to experience the physical and emotional benefits of this mind-body practice. Through slow controlled movements and mindfulness, stress and pain can be reduced and overall health can be improved.  The movements for this class where chosen from a simplified version of the Yang style Tai Chi which was designed for promoting health and wellness (rather than for martial arts).   A carefully planned curriculum makes learning enjoyable.
